Working up to a full week

Well, for the second week in a row the boss has made it to work for a half day on Monday. It would be a lot funnier if I didn't have to think about the rate of sick time pay she's getting while having the rest of the staff cover for her every week. If the new time and attendance policy ever goes into effect it's going to prove a real challenge for her. It's a little hard to whip your employees into line when you're the boss and the worst offender.
