The destination for the day, the H. Russell Hathaway Nature Preserve is a wonderful place to spend this spring day, even better that we're riding the bikes there.
We didn't make it that far, it was too chilly. We ended up in a cozy little bar in Roanoke to eat lunch. The Hathaway site will be a destination when it gets just a little warmer.
