Day before Thanksgiving
I was feeling empathy for my co-workers who ended up with only one day off for Thanksgiving until I came into work today. The boss who was one of the people scheduled to work the day after, called in sick today, the day before. There's more than one way to get two days off for the holiday.

Yeah, well she called in sick Friday too, so due to her illness she ended up with 5 days off in a row.
Oh now that bites. She better have swine flu or H1N1 for that to fly...
She shows up Monday with no visible symptoms. Just like Alice from the Honeymooners said, "She's the boss, and I'm nothing." I guess that makes her the boss of nothing.
