Why didn't I have my camera ready?!

On the way home riding past Eagle Marsh, I saw a large raptor sitting on top of a dead tree. The whiteness of its head made me do a double take. It was an eagle! You can't help be be thrilled when you see something like that. I was riding and pointing to make sure all the cagers behind me would get a glimpse too. I've known there were eagles in the area, but that was the first time I've actually seen one at Eagle Marsh. Too Cool!
