The Friendly Fox celebrated another grand opening with the advent of their beer and wine license this week. J and I walked there since it's only 5 blocks from the house. They had a variety of beers and wines to choose from and the prices were reasonable, so I'm sure J and I will be frequenting it this summer. I absolutely love it when businesses bring new life to old buildings. From the photos you can see that it's a welcoming atmosphere and I love the huge plate glass windows and all the natural light. We had chai and a baked treat this morning, and enjoyed the slow pace of a late morning. If you haven't been, check it out the next time you come to Fort Wayne.
